1. Who we are

Personal information is stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access. Backups are encrypted and access is logged. We retain inquiry data for the duration necessary to respond and, where an engagement results, for the duration required by the relevant jurisdiction's record-keeping rules — typically 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes.

5. Your rights

Under Quebec Law 25, Canadian PIPEDA, EU GDPR, and equivalent regimes, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing in certain cases
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your EU member state DPA)

6. Cross-border transfers

Because we operate across six jurisdictions, your information may be transferred outside your country of residence to deliver the engagement. We rely on standard contractual clauses, jurisdictional adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent as the legal basis for such transfers.
